The journey begins with a picturesque road through the foothills, where every turn reveals new panoramas. Upon arrival in the aul, guests are greeted according to ancient custom — with a traditional treat and warm words of welcome. You will visit a family homestead, where you will get acquainted with the way of life of an Adyghe family, learn about the sacred laws of hospitality “Adyghe Khabze,” and see the process of preparing national dishes. Local residents conduct masterclasses on gold embroidery, weaving the Adyghe mat “Arjen,” and playing national instruments. The culmination is a dinner at a large table, where fresh Adyghe cheese, ships, paste, and aromatic mountain tea are served. The excursion concludes with a horseback ride through the surroundings or a leisurely conversation with the elders, who share the wisdom of generations.
